Rates

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of product you order. Due to the crazy Coronavirus changes in international shipping, and the effects of Brexit, please contact me for shipping costs to outside of the UK. Please be aware that for EU orders between 10€ and 150€, you are likely to be charged import tax and a handling fee. For orders over 150€, you are likely to be charged import tax, handling fee AND a customs charge. Each country has their own duties and taxes, so you are responsible for any incurred fees when you receive your order. Clandestine is not VAT registered, so I am not able to deduct UK VAT from international sales.

Lead Times

Clandestine bikes and components are hand made and custom. This takes a little longer than Amazon. Currently, lead time is:

1 month for components

Sometimes folk change their minds. Sometimes, a product isn’t quite what you thought it was. Feel free to return any non-custom purchase at any point within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund. Any non-custom product can be returned for any reason provided it is returned in ‘saleable condition’, with its original packaging and a valid receipt/delivery note.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or refunds for custom products, as they are made to order. However, I always want my customers to be stoked on their bikes or parts, so I will always be happy to talk about any issues, and sort them out promptly and fairly.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to me in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging).
