My two “off-the-peg” bikes have certain details and specifications defined, following years of honing these specific bikes until I’m sure they’re as good as they can be. While they are still custom sized and made to order, with plenty of options for customisation, the elements that make them work and ride like they do are nailed down, representing my sense of the ideal form of the bikes.
