Fillet brazed chromoly stems are the perfect way to finish off a steel bike build. Why use a boxy aluminium stem on a steel bike?

Being fully custom, a Clandestine stem can be sized to correct a fit issue with your current setup: stack, reach, and rise can all be adjusted to place your bars in just the right place. A high stack height essentially integrates the headset spacers and brings back the elegance to high, comfortable bars.

Clandestine stems can also be built to accommodate a difficult or impossible to find combination of handlebar and steerer, like a 1 1/8th” steerer and a 26.0mm bar clamp.

Ahead or quill

1” and 1 1/8” steerers

25.4, 26.0, 31.8mm bar clamps

Removable or fixed bar clamps

Integrated Lion Brass bell mount

All stems are powdercoater in your colour choice, and have a Clandestine copper makers mark. Quill stems have a hand turned brass top cap.
